Central Kitchen + Bar—Detroit

Located in the iconic First National Building facing Cadillac Square in Downtown Detroit, a reclamation project was presented to us with strict design parameters...and a punch list of ‘can and can’t dos’.

The challenge included incorporating various systems that integrate well into not only the design aesthetic, but along with tight architectural and installation constraints for the new restaurant to be housed in an old space.

Security, surveillance, networking, audio and video systems were seamlessly executed and blended well into a ‘casual and welcoming’ environment—not taking away from Central’s hip design that’s infused with historical details.

AVIO delivered both operational solutions to the restaurant owners while adding value to their customers’ overall dining and entertainment experiences.
