Current Opportunities

Technician – Level 1

As an entry level team member, we expect you to:

  • work on-site during construction of new residences and commercial businesses including remodeling projects;
  • pull and organize low voltage wires and cables and install system devices per project design specifications;
  • safely operate standard construction power and other industry tools;
  • interface and engage with builders, designers, architects, home owners, business managers and other contractors besides our internal team and other technicians;
  • be efficient and cognizant of time management and materials;
  • attend in and out-of-house training seminars and workshops;
  • take direction from seasoned technicians, project leads and managers; and
  • aspire to grow your own career and our company.

Technician – Level 2

As an experienced level team member, our expectations of you are noted above, plus we expect you to:

  • have at least 5 years of experience in the low voltage business (residential and/or commercial);
  • have a solid understanding of audio, video, network, lighting control, shade control, surveillance and security operations as stand-alone and integrated systems;
  • read prints, location schedules and other project documentation;
  • possess a general understanding of current technology control systems, knowledge of Crestron and Control4 is a plus;
  • program and install Universal Remote branded products;
  • install and set-up current technology - networking devices and A/V equipment, etc.;
  • be familiar with current system wiring configurations and infrastructure requirements;
  • troubleshoot issues, take-on challenges and provide pro-active solutions;
  • organize and prepare low voltage wires/cables at term;
  • communicate with product manufacturer technical support teams via phone and email; and
  • manage projects, tasks and other low voltage field activities.

Security Systems Technician—Level 2

As an experienced level team member, we expect you to:

  • possess at least 5 years of direct security system installation and service experience in the residential and light commercial business;
  • have a proven track record and knowledge of Honeywell wired and wireless products, technology platforms and common device specifications;
  • troubleshoot legacy systems and current technologies;
  • be familiar with current system wiring configurations and infrastructure requirements;
  • discover and problem solve issues, take-on challenges and provide pro-active solutions;
  • read prints, location schedules and other project documentation and support our pre-wire and final installation activities during new construction and retrofit client projects;
  • pull and organize low voltage wires and cables as necessary and install security system devices per project design specifications;
  • organize and prepare security system wires/cables at term;
  • manage projects, tasks and other low voltage field activities;
  • communicate with product manufacturer technical support teams via phone and email;
  • safely operate standard construction power and other industry tools;
  • interface and engage with builders and home owners in addition to our internal team and other technicians;
  • be efficient and cognizant of time management and materials;
  • attend in and out-of-house training seminars and workshops;
  • take direction from seasoned technicians, project leads and managers;
  • collect service and installation fees from clients while onsite as necessary;
  • aspire to grow your own career and our company.

Security Systems Sales Professional

As an experienced level team member, we expect you to:

  • possess at least 4 years of direct, outside sales experience in the residential business security business – both commercial and residential surveillance systems experience is a plus;
  • understand Honeywell wired and wireless product and technology platforms and common device specifications;
  • have a proven track record of at least $350K in annual sales responsibility within the security business arena;
  • create and present proper proposals and close sales opportunities;
  • have an ability to effectively and efficiently communicate via phone, in-person, and in-writing with current and potential customers, internal and external staff members and suppliers;
  • be motivated by making money; and
  • aspire to grow your own career and our company.
